  • Expected Results

    Individuals in these positions may be assigned weekly to various departments based on operational needs.  Job duties require physical labor and may include forklift operation, pulling and lifting, computer applications and the use of problem-solving skills.  Candidates for these positions will need to handle multiple priorities, be able to work swing shifts (includes all shifts, most weekends and holidays), be available for overtime, and work in various environmental conditions.

    • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to perform physical work that may include, but not limited to, walking, climbing stairs, pushing and pulling
    • Ability to work 8, 10, or 12 hours shifts including weekends and Holidays
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment skills test 
    • Basic math, reading comprehension, writing, mechanical aptitude and computer skills are a must

    Required Prior Accomplishments - Experience - Skills

    Previous manufacturing, forklift experience and prior shift work experience is preferred. 

     

    The starting average annual salary range is $40,000 to $50,000 per year.  However, this is an hourly position.  Sundays and Holidays worked are paid at double-time and shift differential is paid on 2nd and 3rd shift.

The probationary period is 90 calendar days from the date of hire.
